Will I get my order in time for my hair appointment?
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ORDERING YOUR HAIR BEFORE YOU SET YOUR HAIR APPOINTMENT
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12:00 pm EST will be processed in 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed Sat.-Sun. will be processed on the next business day. During sales and holidays, processing times may vary.
*Your order is very important to us and we will try our very best to assure you receive your hair on time. If you have a hair appointment or deadline to meet, it is always wise to give yourself enough time in advance to allow for unanticipated delays and keep in mind that we observe the USPS hours of operation and holidays.
What can I expect If I purchase from K.Dujour Beauty?

What are the benefits of becoming a VIP member?
As a VIP member we will roll out the red carpet. Members will receive promotions and savings not open to the public and receive exclusive access to limited quantity releases and promotions before we go public. Does my billing and shipping information have to match?
It is required that your billing and shipping information match but for customer convenience we can accommodate to a different shipping address. During checkout place the matching information, take a picture of your State ID and credit card, email us a copy of both to guestservices@kdujour.com and we will update your shipping preferences.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment through PayPal. With PayPal you can purchase items with all major credit and debit cards. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase.
With PayPal you can trace the status of your payment and in the case of a payment dispute, PayPal will act as a median between two parties and resolve the issue fairly.
What are your shipping and return policies?

Can you tell me about your hair?
Our hair is 100% unprocessed Premium single donor virgin human hair. It is cuticle aligned to prevent tangling and our wefts are sealed to minimize shedding drastically. The hair can be dyed, heated or swam with offering you the most natural hair experience, look, movement and body imaginable. Please refer to our haircare guide to keep your hairs integrity intact and maximize the performance.
How many bundles should I purchase for a full hairstyle?
Each bundle weighs approximately the same(3.4-3.7 oz.) whether it’s a 12” or 30”. That makes the shorter bundles ranging from 12”-18” thicker and fuller, therefore you will only need 2-3 bundles for shorter styles. For longer hairstyles above 20” we recommend 3-4 bundles and as you begin to reach lengths of 28”-30” you can use up to 5 bundles depending on the style and how full you would like your hair.
Can this hair be colored?
Yes, this hair can be customized with the color of your choice but we highly recommend you consult a professional colorist to keep the integrity of the hair intact and maximize the lifespan of the hair.
